Group 1 Ford Farnborough

I would not recommend Group 1 Ford Farnborough because I was talked down to when I picked the vehicle up saying how it’s a used car I shouldn’t expect it to be clean. The car had not been mot before I picked it up and the only explanation I got regarding that there wasn’t time so I had to go back the next week for them to do it. Overall it was not a very pleasant experience they claimed the vehicle had been guardx when it hadn’t, there was bird poo still on the vehicle and cakes of dirt and dried grass in the wheel arches, rubbish on the interior and a coffee stain on the door card. When bringing these issues up they were partially sorted by them putting it through the valet again but it is still not very clean. I would not recommend group one to anyone and wish I went elsewhere for my vehicle.

I'd suggest Group 1 Ford Farnborough to a friend because the staff were friendly and efficient, and the choice of (Ford) vehicles is large.

Group 1 Ford Farnborough were great because the salesman showed me a car that suited my requirements and was very knowledgeable about it. He was not pushy and managed the purchase process well.

I was happy with the service at Group 1 Ford Farnborough because they make purchasing a car feel painless. Everything is explained in simple terms, from finance to purchasing and learning and understanding all the different gadgets and what they do, inside the car.
